01. Reserve + Questionnaire
Select your package, request your start date and secure your place with a deposit. Your Website Content Form follows, due 7 days before your project start date.
02. Pre-work
Before your start date, we review your brand assets, content and platform access, so everything is in place on day one. We cannot build a website if we do not have brand assets.
03. Strategy & Site Map
We map how your clients discover, decide and reserve, then shape your site map and content around that journey.
04. Design
Your homepage and one inner page come to life, styled to your brand, with your first round of refinement before the full site is designed. Once that’s approved we move into the full design of the website.
05. Review & Refine
You'll review the full site and share one consolidated round of thoughts within 3 business days. We refine every detail and ensure your website is launch ready.

Your brand kit (master logo, favicon and color palette) and your content. We'll guide you through everything else.

Not yet. If you don't have one, we'll help you set up your Squarespace plan and secure your domain as part of your project. Both are billed directly to you, so your website and domain are always yours.
If you are working on a custom design, your developer handles any domain and hosting plans. -
Pair your website with The Starter Suite, or reserve the Brand + Web Package to receive both, designed together. Through December 31, it's $1,200 (a $2,950 value) for projects beginning January 2027.

You may send polished copy for a light edit, or rough notes for us to refine. We use AI as a starting point and refine every line by hand. A copywriter can also be added.

A 30% deposit secures your place. Your remaining balance is arranged three weeks before your start date through a private link, then processes automatically in installments.

One on the look and feel and one on the full build. Additional refinements are $175 per hour.

Custom design provides ownership over design files; domain and hosting is handled by your developer. -
