  • How It Works

    01. Book + Questionnaire
    Choose your start week and pay your deposit. Your brand questionnaire is part of checkout, so there's nothing extra to chase, and your start date is reserved right away.

    02. Inspiration + Moodboard
    On your start date, we begin by this point we should have all your design references and/or Pinterest board. We build your moodboard and talk it through together, in person or on Google Meet. One round of revisions on your moodboard.

    03. Design
    Once your mood board is approved, we design your logo suite, palette and type, then walk you through your brand kit.

    04. Refine + Deliver
    One round of revisions on your brand kit, then your final files arrive organized in Google Drive: PNG, SVG, your PDF style guide and the master AI file, ready for print and digital.

    Each phase is designed to move you from booked to launch-ready with clarity and support. Each Starter Suite takes about 2 weeks from the project start date to finish. There are 2 Starter Suite spots available each month.

  • Choosing your start date. Select your preferred start week at checkout. Please allow 24–72 hours for us to confirm availability.

    Working with a firm deadline? Rush projects with non-flexible dates are treated as a priority and include an additional $500 rush fee. Offering based on studio availability.

    Payment: 50% at checkout, and the remaining 50% is charged automatically 14 days later.

    Files: delivered through Google Drive. Please download them within 7 days.

    Need to pause? Your deposit is held as credit toward a new start date.
